Responsibilities

• Maintain workflow in the workshop
• Ensure that deadlines and customer request are met
• Return warranty parts to the parts department and ensure that each returned part is referenced to the appropriate job card number
• Handles insurance claim
• Allocate jobs to relevant Technicians

Requirements

• Minimum NTC 2/NITEC in MVM or equivalent with 2 years of relevant experience in car servicing
• Team player with high level of initiative and drive
• Possess a valid Class 2 riding licence
